LITIGATION
Mark Sossi is an experienced trial attorney and has successfully represented clients in both state and federal court before a jury. His experience includes service as both an Assistant District Attorney for Harris County and as an Assistant Attorney General on behalf of the State of Texas. He has personally handled a wide range of court cases involving public entities including those alleging personal injury, violations of civil rights, excessive force, election contests, and employment discrimination.
